Dom Moorhouse Interview on Climb In Consulting Podcast

I was delighted (because it is an excellent idea) to recently support Nick Synnott with his new “Climb In Consulting” podcast series.

Nick is targeting this growing content resource at those: seeking to grow their career in consulting, thinking of moving in to the industry and/or who simply want to learn from others in the field.

Nick was a really intelligent and engaging interviewer. So much so that at times I forgot the conversation was being recorded (just felt like a good chat) and was staggered to find out we were talking for over two hours!

We covered a full range of topics. The importance of career and life planning. How I grew and sold Moorhouse Consulting. The importance of cultural values within team build out. How to build high-performing teams and some of the pitfalls to watch out for in a professional services context. What you can do to ensure that your next consultancy move is right for you. The importance of health and relationships in building a successful consulting career. I also touch on one of my latest entrepreneurial ventures – the development of a platform for capturing methodology and facilitating knowledge management in growth businesses > Method Grid.
